Rigid Box Corner Tape
rigid box tape or box corner tape or box corner stay tape are specifically designed to protect and reinforce the corners of rigid boxes during manufacturing, shipping, and storage, ensuring the boxes maintain their shape and integrity.
Rigid Box Corner Tape are available in two main substrate material variants:
- Paper Tapes: These are made from virgin Kraft paper. The paper variant is offered in both brown and white colors.
- PET Tapes: These are made from durable PET film.
Both material types are designed for low-temperature sealing and provide strong, secure bonding for the corners of rigid boxes. Available Specifications BandX supplies these corner stay tapes with flexibility to fit multiple machine requirements.
Slit Widths: The tapes are available in various slit widths ranging from 18 mm to 22 mm.
Core Inner Diameters (IDs): Different core inner diameters are offered to match diverse equipment specifications, including 40 mm, 50 mm, and 76 mm.
